Community Engagement

DBCT Management seeks to work with and to include the community as much as possible in all programs and projects relating to DBCT. DBCT Management participates in regular community engagement initiatives to ensure the community is well informed on expansion plans, daily issues and to continually address all community concerns.

During the 7X expansion project a community Liaison office was provided along with a dedicated part-time liaison officer to ensure a direct line of communication from the community to DBCT Management and Prime Infrastructure.

Additionally, DBCT Management and Prime Infrastructure have a long history of making regular contributions to many worthy and appropriate programs in Mackay and surrounding areas for the betterment of the local community.
